Nutsche Filter

Nutsche filters are commonly used for filtration of semi solid/crystallized material under vacuum. Depending on the process requirement, filtration can be done on hyflow bed/can be directly filtered through filter cloth. Vacuum is applied in the bottom half of vessel under the perforated plate, thus leading to fast removal of liquid from material. Top of the vessel can be kept closed or open depending on process requirement.

These are most commonly used filters in herbal & phytochemical industry and capacities ranges from 50Lts to 1000Lts.
