Drum Dryer Flaker

Drum Dryer Flakers are used for solidifying molten material. After processing on flakers, the material forms films or easily handled flakes and is further processed or packed into containers for transport. A great advantage of flakers is that they offer a continuous process. The hot material is applied to the cooling drum by direct immersion into a trough, or indirect immersion using doctor/applicator rolls. The molten liquid is cooled on the cooling drum and after a partial revolution; the cooled and solidified product is removed by a scraper in the form of flakes or film.

Storage Tanks

We manufacture Vertical as well as Horizontal Storage Tanks, as per requirement of Customer. Material of Construction : Stainless Steel 304/SS316/SS316L or MS quality. Capacity : 25 Ltrs. to 30,000 Ltrs.

Chemical Reactors

We manufactures Chemical Reactors as per requirement of Customers. Capacity : 50Ltrs. to 20,000 Ltrs. Material of Construction of Chemical Reactors : Stainless Steel 304/SS316/ MS quality. MS/SS Jackaet or limpet coil for steam heating / cooling as per requirement of customer. It may be provided with internal cooling coils if needed. Reaction Vessel can be provided with different types of Agitator like Anchor type / Propeller type / Paddle type Pitched blade turbine type Shaft entry sealed by Oil seal / Plain or Water cooled Stuffing Box / Single or Double Mechanical seal The S.S.

Basket Centrifuges

Basket Centrifuges ("FEB" Centrifuge Machines) are well designed and robust in construction. These basket centrifuges are dynamically balanced for long trouble free operations. The basket is fabricated from stainless steel of various quality such as SA-240-Gr. 304/SA-240 GR 316/I.S 2062 as per requirement of customers/process. Outer shell is fabricated from SS or MS depending upon the requirement of customer and is suspended on C.I. Pendulum with suspension pins and springs. Ferodo lined brake is fitted above V-Belt pulleys and is operated by hand lever.

Heat Exchangers

We manufacture Shell and Tube type Heat Exchangers, it may be either fixed Tube sheet type or floating head type as per customer requirement. Material of construction varies from M.S., SS-316, SS-304, copper, cupro nickle, etc depending upon process requirement. It may be single pass, 2-pass, 4-pass, 6-pass etc. as per need. Capacity Its application may be as condenser, cooler, heater, evaporator as the case may be.
